The Rally Point at Liberty Acres exists to restore hope, purpose, and independence for veterans through stable housing, meaningful work, peer connection, and the healing relationship between people and animals.
We are creating a supportive environment where veterans can rebuild stability, rediscover strengths, and move forward with the resources, relationships, and sense of purpose needed for lasting independence.
Our Vision
The Rally Point at Liberty Acres envisions a place where veterans facing transition, instability, or isolation can find more than temporary assistance- they can find a community where they belong.
Our vision is to build a sustainable veteran-centered campus that brings together transitional housing, animals and agriculture, peer connection, meaningful work, and access to community resources in one supportive environment.
Veterans will have the time, structure, relationships, and opportunities needed to rebuild stability, rediscover purpose, and move toward lasting independence.
